The Work includes the furnishing of all necessary machinery, equipment, tools, labor and other construction means, and all materials and equipment required to perform the Work including the placing of the Work into satisfactory operation. construction and installation to replace the natural gas system in the ally between Camellia Blvd and Anderson Ave in Fort Vally. All potential bidders must hold a current GA Utility Contractor's License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act 0.C.G.A.43-14. Contractors must be qualified natural gas contractor under the laws of the State of GA and must comply with any Federal, State and Municipal guidelines and regulations. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bid opening date. All potential bidders must hold a current Georgia Utility Contractor's License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-14. Contractor must be a qualified natural gas contractor under the laws of the State of Georgia and must comply with any Federal, State, and Municipal guidelines and regulations. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the Fort Valley Utility Commission, Gas Department, during regular business hours. The Fort Valley Utility Commission reserves the right to accept none, all or any part of the bid and to waive informalities or technicalities or to re-advertise as appropriate.
