Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Keene's Facilities Division is seeking bids for lobby renovations and window replacement throughout the building. The Brian A. Mattson Recreation Center located at 312 Washington Street, Keene, NH 03431. Bond Notes: Each BID must be accompanied by a BID bond payable to the OWNER for five percent of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND, The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: A. The work of this section consists of the demolition and legal disposal of materials to be removed at specific locations required to complete the replacement of the maintenance garage. B. Demolition work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: 1) The complete removal and legal disposal of the (2) two existing structures indicated in the drawings. 2) Removing below-grade construction. 3) Disconnecting, capping or sealing, and removing site utilities. Notice to Proceed and to complete the PROJECT within: 90 calendar days for substantial completion. 120 calendar days for contract completion.
