Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Millcreek, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Removal and replacement of the existing rooftop air handling unit, including new ducting around the existing roof steel bar truss, and new gas and condensate piping. Also, the removal and replacement of the existing indoor pool mechanical boiler. 1. Removal and replacement of the existing roof-mounted air handler unit (AHU), with miscellaneous patching and repairs to existing roof system as required for installing new curbs, plumbing, ducting, and electrical penetrations as needed. Sizes and loads of new unit(s) shall be equal or less than the existing units. 2. Removal and replacement of existing gas-fired boiler unit with new condensing boilers, including new concrete equipment pad, ducting, piping and electrical as required for new system components.
