As of April 8, 2025, a design firm has been selected. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The State of Utah, Division of Purchasing has issued this RFSQ to obtain statements of qualifications from companies interested in providing implementation of bank stabilization work with the intent to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a-1501 for the Purchase of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. Rim to Rim Restoration is working with the USFS and adjacent and nearby land owners to implement bank stabilization work as well as stream channel improvements to arrest downcutting in Pack Creek from the Forest Boundary upstream approximately 1.25 miles. Some work was implemented in February through April 2024. Rim to Rim is acting as the Project Manager for this work in collaboration with USFS and FFSL. Work will be done following guidance from the USFS based on their stream alteration permit as provided in this RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Contract Time shall be: Work shall be complete by June 15, 2025. Ideally work will be completed in fall/winter 2024/25.
