Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millcreek, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Qualified contractors are encouraged to bid on a small sidewalk project with Millcreek provided by a grant from UDOT. Project consists of construction of a new sidewalk and corner ADA ramp including removal of curb and gutter, removal of asphalt roadway shoulder, B1-A curb and gutter, No. 1 Sidewalk, landscape rock, UDOT ADA ramp, signs, and striping as shown on the plans and as described herein. Work located at approximately 80 E Columbia Ave, Millcreek, Utah. The location of the work is: Columbia Ave between 80 E Columbia Ave and State St SR-89 B. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. General items of work include: Installation of sidewalk, corner ADA ramp, curb and gutter, HMA, signs, and striping 45 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bid Security in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. Millcreek reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed by Millcreek to be in the public's best interest.
