Renovation of a water / sewer project in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Forrester Road Water Treatment Plant Roof Replacement Project S Certified Check, Payable to the Slippery Rock Municipal Authority, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Should There Be Reasons Why the Contract Cannot Be Awarded Within the Specified Period, the Time May Be Extended by Mutual Agreement Between the Slippery Rock Municipal Authority and the Bidder. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Satisfactory Insurance Certificates and Performance and Payment Bonds and Maintenance Bond, the Slippery Rock Municipal Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids. The Notice to Proceed Will Be Issued on or About July 23, 2024. The Construction Period is 90 Consecutive Calendar (Vork Under This Contract is Subject to the Requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15. Pl 987, P.s. 165) and Subsequent Amendments. Work Under This Contract is Subject to the Requirements of the Public Works Employment Venfication Act (Act 127 of 2012).
