Renovation of an educational facility in Crane, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Installation includes installing effective turn key new roof or roof covering on Crane Harney 4 Elementary Multi-purpose gymnasium/room and older portion of Crane Elementary School.11,500sq ft, 460 ln ft of gutter & downspouts 26 gauge commercial steel gutters. Cost should include removal and disposal of gutters/roof as necessary. Labor cost, machinery usage, travel cost, disposal, all other fees to be included. The project will be a prevailing wage rate job, subject to the BOLI Wage Rates set forth by the State of Oregon. CRANE SCHOOLS will award the contract within five (5) calendar days of the bid opening. Work will commence within ten (10) calendar days of the notice to proceed. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract within a reasonable time as material availability and delivery allows. The estimated cost range for the project: $130,000. CRANE SCHOOLS may reject any late bid and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding of CRANE SCHOOLS that it is in their best interest to do so.
