Island Region Septic/Sewer Solutions to Accommodate Housing Needs Island County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive report outlining innovative wastewater solutions to accommodate supportive housing in unincorporated Island County. Island County is seeking consultants with substantial experience in wastewater treatment services, including experience with wastewater emergent technology applicable to rural communities, and relevant experience in public engagement, policy, data collection, and generating written reports. The general outline of tasks would include: project administration, research and data collection, coordination with public, private, and non-profit housing groups, public outreach, and compiling a comprehensive study report. Project and team history should highlight projects similar or related to the scope of work. The contract will cover the period of performance from January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
