The Town has already completed the existing facility evaluation and programming of spaces, which will be provided to the successful short-listed Design Build Teams. This RFQ requests responses from highly qualified and experienced designers and constructors to provide relevant projects of similar scope and size that fulfill the current and future needs of the Town of Middlefield. The approximate size of the new Public Safety Complex is expected to be approximately 15,000 sf. to 22,000 sf. with preliminary budget estimates of $13,000,000 to $19,000,000 for total project cost. The successful Design Build Teams will provide the Town with a full range of professional planning and design services.
