Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Castle, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The replacement of the entire roof system at the William Penn High School. The building is a two-story structure with a footprint of approximately 219,000 sf. The existing roof system is Modified Bitumen and will be completely removed down to the existing roof deck and replaced with a new TPO roof system along with all perimeter metals and all roof accessories. The roof system will be designed to meet the current building energy code and wind uplift requirements The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract.
