This RFP will include these items as follows: Section One: Lead Safe Spartanburg lead remediation work Section Two: Healthy Homes related work Project items include but not limited to: Replacement of (8) windows with double pane, double hung upgraded Pella style windows. After installation of windows, the interior frames with be painted white as needed. The house soffit and fascia trim as well as the exterior window frames will be covered with vinyl or metal boxing. Exterior window frames will be sealed to prevent any lead chip debris. The City of Spartanburg, hereby, notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that all disadvantaged and women's business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
