Overall construction budget is $7M. County of Lycoming is requesting sealed bids for the Lycoming County Coroner Building. Project scope includes a complete building renovation and addition to the former Penn College of Technology Building. The building was originally a PA inspection station. The existing building is 7,500 square feet for coroner administration offices, conference room and locker rooms. There is an added 1,222 SF of attic space for mechanical, electrical, and storage space. The new building addition is approximately 4,800 SF on the ground level with new mortuary equipment, a body cooler, and body freezer. The attic above is 1,875 SF that will house mechanical equipment.
