Any material misrepresentation or material falsification of information provided to the District in the quotation submission, or at any point in the quotation evaluation process is basis for rejection of the quotation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, plant, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for Standby Effluent Pump #2 Overhaul.
