Snyder Creek Dam Reconstruction Magnitude of Construction: Between $1M - $5M Questions Due Date: 19 August 2024 / 2PM Mountain Time The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for a project that will repair Snyder Creek Dam, located in Fremont County approximately 5.5 miles northeast of Lost Cabin, WY. Major work items include: 1. Dewater reservoir and construction area; 2. Excavate a portion of the existing dam embankment; 3. Strip the upstream and downstream surface of the dam embankment; 4. Reconstruct the dam embankment; 5. Construct precast concrete spillway riser for a new principal spillway; 6. Construct concrete encased, precast reinforced concrete pipe outlet conduit; 7. Construct precast concrete low-level inlet structure; 8. Construct a grouted riprap stilling basin; 9. Place road gravel surfacing along the crest of the dam; 10. Reclaim all disturbed areas including staging areas and temporary roads; and 11. Construct a 3 barbed and 1 smooth, 4-wire fence. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
