Middlefield Town Hall - Asbestos Floor Tile Abatement. Removal of 9 x 9 floor tiles, mastic, and base containing asbestos. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town intends to award a single contract to the contractor that is the lowest responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest price for services. The contract has an estimated value of Ninety Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($90,000.00). The contract is for a one-time service and is not renewable in nature. Questions regarding the IFB should be in writing and delivered via email to seancurran2023@gmail.com. All inquiries related to the requirements should prominently refer to Bid No. 25-001, Floor Tile Abatement at the Middlefield Town Halland the bid opening date. In order to be considered, questions must be made in writing and received by the Town Administrator no later than July 2, 2024 at 4:30 P.M. Responses to inquiries will be in the form of a numbered addendum to the specifications issued by the Town Administrator sent to all parties listed in the bid file as Bidders(s) holding the bid documents. Bidders should base responses only on the specifications including any addenda.
