Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in West Wyoming, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The project consists of the construction of a 50'x60' Wooden Pole Barn Structure with three (3) insulated overhead doors. Bid Alternates will be included for providing a 200-amp electrical service and a reinforced concrete floor slab with floor drains. The project is located on East 6th Street in Wyoming Borough, Luzerne County, PA. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PREVAILING WAGES Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
