Site work for a civil project in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to: o Provide off read Scissor Lift to access soffit. o Remove copper panel(s) & plywood backer for access of soffit. o Provide planking on existing structure for working platform. o Remove & dispose of existing 3" cast iron storm drain piping & insulation. o Provide new cast iron storm drain & required fittings. o Existing storm drain fixtures to remain, connect to existing vertical pipe making sure that vertical drop pipe is clear of debris. o Tie in locations will be at vertical drain drops (3 @ East section & 3 @ West section - 6 total) and main vertical drops at pipe chases (2 total) o Provide 1" fiberglass insulation on new storm drain piping. o Clean workspace after installation of new drain piping is complete. o Close soffits & make watertight after drainpipe installation. o Remove lift. Pre-bid meeting there will be an opportunity to review the site the week of July 15, exact date to be determined. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submissions without explanation, either in whole or in part; to waive informalities and/or to negotiate separately in any matter whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the Owner to be in its best interest.
