Renovation of a fire / police facility in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Renovation of the Texas No. 4 Fire Company Building. Renovation including demolition, closed-cell spray foam insulation, new interior and exterior lighting, ceiling repair, and roof repair All Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check in an Amount of Not Less Than Ten (10%) Percent of the Total Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Fire Company and or the Borough. This Project is Subject to Any and All Pennsylvania Commonwealth Financing Authority Lsa Grant Requirements and Regulations and Shall Be Bid Using Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates. A Prevailing Wage Determination Has Been Requested by the Fire Company From the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Prevailing Wage Rates Apply to This Project. That Determination is Included in the Complete Bid Package Proposal. Attention is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project, and That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Color, Religion, Sex or National Origin. Reserving to the Borough and or the Fire Company the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Waive Any and All Informalities.
