Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Bend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 5, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 21, 2024. The Work to be performed shall be Ballarat Avenue NE from SE 108th St. to E 6th St, and along Cedar Falls Way from North Bend Way to 436th Ave SE, The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, pavement removal via planning and grinding, pavement ove-lay, pavement inlay, locations of spot full pavement repair, miscellaneous surface restoration, pavement markings, traffic control. The Engineer s estimated cost for the 2024 Overlay Project is $700,000 to $900,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contract shall provide 30 working days total. a Bid deposit in the form of a Surety Bid Bond made payable to the City of North Bend, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such Bid including sales tax, The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding
