Renovation of a water / sewer project in Maple Falls, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of electrical improvements for the addition of a 5-hp floating surface aerator (already purchased by the District) and extra conduits for future improvements near the wastewater treatment plant headworks. Bidders must be registered on the District's MRSC Small Works Roster to be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.'s Arlington office (360) 454-5490. No oral responses to questions by District personnel about the project will be binding on the District. The District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the District based on the sum of the Bid.
