Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hamel, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Park Avenue Shared Use Path project The proposed work consists of new 10 wide PCC Shared Use Path on Park Avenue, and related appurtenances. The successful bidder will be required to execute and present performance and payment bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. Bids must be for the contract as a whole. Illinois law requires that contractors pay the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Department of Labor. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days of the scheduled time of closing bids. All bids must be made on forms furnished by the Village of Hamel. The Village of Hamel reserves the right to waive, not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is the lowest and best bid.
