Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Redwater, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and installation of all items as listed in Appendix A.7 - Schedule of Units and Appendix A.6 Plain Language Scope of Work; Conditioning of existing topsoil to bring it within County specifications, and preparing topsoil for seeding; Supply and installation of naturalization seed, trees and shrubs in shrub beds; Supply and installation of gravel trails as well as two pre-fabricated bridge crossings; (Deletable) Proponents are asked to provide an optional price for eliminating the two pre-fabricated bridges and instead installing corrugated steel pipe culverts; Supply and installation of pedestrian furniture; Obtaining a Construction Completion Certificate, initiating the maintenance and warranty period; Provide two years of watering, maintenance, and warranty for all improvements; and Obtain a Final Acceptance Certificate for all work.
