Renovation of a multi-residential development in Redwater, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Golden Villa, built in 1976, provides 12 tenant apartment suites self-contained clients. Previously, 7 of these suites received an upgrade and now we are needing to upgrade the remaining 5 suites (Room #’s 11,15,16,17 and 20). The main purpose of this project is to provide the tenants in these 5 suites with a new modern, cleaner, and safer kitchen and washroom environment. Full scope of work is outlined in documents. In summary: Kitchens: To replace existing millwork with new and improved design, paint and apply new flooring to the kitchen area. Remove textured walls, drywall and paint. To replace the range hood. To replace lighting with LED in the kitchen area. To replace sink faucet with new. To upgrade electrical receptacles to ground fault. Washrooms: To replace existing millwork with new and to include a new over the toilet wall cabinet for added storage. Remove textured walls, drywall and paint. To replace vanity mirror with new. To replace toilet with a handicap elongated type. To replace electrical receptacle to ground fault. To replace lighting with LED. To repaint and apply new flooring. To replace bathtub with a walk-in Shower (similar to previous projects that Homeland Housing have already procured - Info included in the Bid Contract Package.
