Base Bid: The work shall consist of but is not limited to the new construction of a 7,000 GSF metal building containing offices, eight (8) dorms, restrooms, kitchen, meeting room, storage, and three (3) vehicle bays. A fire suppression system, fire-rated walls (partitions), and a commercial generator are also included.
