The scope includes construction of a 14,664 square foot building, land preparation, construction of a parking area, stormwater facilities, and the construction and installation of utilities. This project is federally funded through the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) via the U.S. Department of Urban Development and the State of Florida Department of Commerce.
