Purchase and Delivery of Approximately 75,000 Gallons of 15% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution, to the Authority's Main Treatment Plant and to the Flemington Stormwater Facility. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Authority to supply 15% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution for a one-year time period (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025). Form of Proposal accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but not exceeding $20,000.00. Raritan Township Municipal Utilities Authority's Board of Commissioners, Who Reserves the Right to Waive Formalities and May Accept or Reject Any Part or All of the Submitted Bid Proposal(S) as They May Determine to Be in the Best Interest of the Authority.
