Central Office Parking Lot Extension. SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS 1. Excavate area for base stone and dispose of spoils. 2. Apply 21-A stone base up to 6".3 Grade area to provide proper drainage. 3.Apply 2.5" of standard asphalt base and apply 1.5" of IM-19 asphalt mix with compaction. 4. Apply line striping for up to 50 parking spaces at 18' long. 5.Any damage to surrounding area to be restored to previous condition. All work to be completed by September 27, 2024. A 1% reduction in the contract price will be applied each week starting October 4, 2024 that work has not been completed. Summary: RCPS is seeking bids to pave approximately 25,000 sq/ft of new parking lot at the Central Office Administration Building.
