Reference Number 0000356361 The Town of West Springfield, through its School Department, is seeking qualifications from qualified consultants to prepare a school facilities master plan for the West Springfield Public Schools. The consultant will provide a comprehensive assessment of all School facilities and create a 20-year master plan for sustainability and improvement based on relative need and cost effectiveness. Question Deadline 07/29/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be sent by time on date to Jaime Flores, Procurement Administrator at jflores@tows.org. The Designer's fee for this project will be negotiated. This phase of work which includes the Sustainability Study and Master Plan shall not exceed $250,000 for fees and expenses. The contract shall be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer, which reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield. Bids will remain firm for sixty (60) days following the opening of proposals. Notification of Award Week of August 26, 2024 Services Start Date September 2024
