Questions regarding the Purchasing process may be directed to Jack Pieper, Purchasing Agent, (860) 826-3402. Questions regarding technical specifications may be directed to Jarrod Cox, Manager of Facilities, in email only at jcox@newbritainct.gov. Deadline for asking questions will be July 15, 2024, with subsequent addenda released only should there be any not addressed previously. Contractor shall guarantee all work against defective workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Ordinary wear and tear and unusual abuse or neglect will not be subject to warranty work. All manufacture warranties must be submitted by contractor and provided to the City with all related information, dates, and terms.
