A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Park at New Melle Lakes Site Work South of Foristell Road St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. CONTRACTOR shall commence operations upon receiving the written Notice to Proceed from COUNTY and at such time to compete the contract work within the time indicated below. Project completion shall be defined as 100% completion of all items of the project including correction of deficiencies.
