Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Tecumseh, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
PROPOSAL The undersigned, having had the opportunity to visit the site of the proposed construction, having familiarized himself with the local conditions affecting the cost of the Work and with all requirements of the Contract Documents, Instructions to Bidders, and Addenda; proposes to furnish all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, and agrees to enter into an agreement with the Owner for BID CATEGORY/CATEGORIES: PROJECT SCHEDULE The projects are expected to start in the fall of 2024. The project is expected to start August 19th 2024. The project is expected to be completed by November 21st, 2024. All work will be done during normal working hours. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal, which in the opinion of the Owner serves the best interest of the Owner. The Owner will not be obligated to accept the lowest proposal. The Owner further reserves the right to approve all subcontractors.
