Description

Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tecumseh, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

For Qualifications will be accepted for Construction Management Services for Major Renovation Projects located at Tecumseh Public Schools campuses in Tecumseh and Adrian, Michigan. All questions should be submitted to Joshua Mattison, Director of Operations at jmattison@tps.k12.mi.us. Scope of Services and Compensation 1. OPTION A - Full Construction Management services for the entire program. 2. OPTION B - (1) Full Construction Management services for a portion of the program and (2) Modified Construction Management services for the remainder of the program: Our District is contemplating utilizing General Contracting for certain portions of the projects. However, we are considering having the Construction Management provide services as an "Overseer" of the total bond package.
