Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tecumseh, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Tecumseh Fire Department High Bay Painting. CLARIFICATIONS 1. Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete this scope of work. 2. All caulking is required for proper paint finish. 3. Provide proper lighting to assure proper and uniform paint coverage if the construction lighting is not adequate. 4. Provide all necessary protection of items not to be painted. Included floor protection from lift damage. 5. Fill all miscellaneous holes from material fasteners before painting. 6. Provide scaffold/lifts as required to complete this scope of work. 7. Clean all surfaces to be painted as required to receive new paint finish. 8. Paint all interior masonry walls floor to deck. 9. Paint room side all hollow metal doors and frames. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal, which in the opinion of the Owner serves the best interest of the Owner. The Owner will not be obligated to accept the lowest proposal. The Owner further reserves the right to approve all subcontractors.
