Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance covering all Owned, Non-Owned or Hired Vehicles with Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. d. Umbrella or all risk coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000. e. Krieghoff-Lenawee Company and the Owner shall be named as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis, and coverage to include premises operations and completed operations. f. Prior to commencement of the work, contractor must obtain and thereafter maintain in effect the insurance coverage described herein and provide Krieghoff-Lenawee Company evidence of the required insurance The project is expected to start in the fall of 2024. Refer to the project schedule included with the bidding documents for additional information. All work will be done during normal working hours.
