Renovation of a residential development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Location: 249 Glenwood Rd Binghamton, NY 13905 Contract term: Within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid). The Broome DDSO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Upon request, vendor must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude and its subject to vendor responsibility determination. Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. In deciding whether to submit a quote, please be aware the awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work. The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. NYS Labor law requires that all contracted employees performing maintenance, repairs or capital improvements in state owned buildings receive the prevailing wage and supplements rate for the occupation in which they are working. Certified payroll record/s MUST be submitted at the time of invoicing.
