Site work and new construction of a civil project in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the construction of a 0.4 MG ground storage tank, high service pump station, sodium hypochlorite storage and feed system, electrical building, and sitework for a new booster station in Gulf County, FL Minority and women's business enterprises are hereby solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs. All bidders must make positive efforts to use small and minority owned business and women business enterprises Completion date for this project will be 180 days from the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $2,650.00 per day The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County Question Deadline 08/15/2024 All questions must be submitted to Clay Smallwood, P.E. at csmallwood@gulfcounty-fl.gov.
