Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,900-square-foot fitness / recreation center.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required for resurfacing of the 7,900-square-foot Main Gym Floor and the replacement of Athletic Equipment and Scoreboards. Question Deadline: 07/15/2024 at 3:00 PM ET, Location : online portal. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bonds are issued by surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. TIME OF COMPLETION 6.01 Bidder agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance the with General Conditions. Work may commence on October 18, 2024 and must be completed prior to November 1, 2024.
