Renovation of a municipal facility in Amherst, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrade the Phase II Emergency Control Operation on three municipal elevators. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. LOCATION Amherst Town Hall- 4 Boltwood Avenue Amherst Police Department- 111 Main Street Boltwood Parking Garage- 50 Boltwood Walk SCOPE OF WORK The project includes a single base bid for the following scope of work and items. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, related services, and inspection fees required for upgrading three (3) municipal elevators in order to comply with Massachusetts Firefighters Emergency Operation Phase II Emergency In-Car Operation.
