Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Amherst, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of the construction of an addition to the PVTA UMass Maintenance Facility. Two existing two-post axle engaging lifts will be retrofitted to include a third post capable of servicing the PVTAs fleet of 60 articulating busses. Additionally, two new maintenance bays will be constructed and serviced by owner-furnished mobile column lifts. Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Sprinkler System, HVA, Masonry, Painting, Roofing & Flashing, Waterproofing, Damp proofing, & Caulking.
