Renovation of a municipal facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of the existing 8.7 ton split A/C condensing unit, DX coil with AHU-3 and all associated accessories. Connect new A/C condensing unit to the existing building automation system. Work of this Contract includes Hazardous Material Mitigation recommendations, halocarbon forms and hazardous waste manifest.
