Renovation of a municipal facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work will be completed at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) Energy Sciences Center (ESC) building 3340, located at 3340 Stevens Drive, Richland, Washington. The project will modify the existing lab 1138 in ESC to provide research with additional ventilated gas cabinet capacity for gas conversion systems. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence Work under this Contract As Soon As Possible after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, (b) prosecute the Work diligently, and (c) entire Work ready for use no later than 11/29/2024. It is anticipated that the successful contractor will receive the Award on or around August 1, 2024. The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20% percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less.
