The University is seeking an Independent Third-Party Building Envelope Commissioning Service Provider to work with the University of Ottawa, Advocates and the DB Team, to provide the services in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (Exhibit 2). The University of Ottawa intends to construct the Advanced Medical Research Centre (AMRC) which is a new multi-disciplinary teaching and research laboratory that will have Animal Care and Veterinary Services, and the Faculty of Medicine as key tenants. The University is seeking an Independent ThirdParty Building Envelope Commissioning Service Provider to work with the University of Ottawa, Advocates and the DB Team, to provide the services in the scope of work section of this RFP. Without limiting the generality of any provision contained in this RFP, the University may, in its sole discre on, reject any or all of the Proposals, in whole or in part; in its absolute discre on, including where a Proponent has launched legal proceedings against the University or is otherwise engaged in a dispute with the University.
