Questions & Answers period is being allowed for this RFP, with additional questions emailed to Kathrina Gregana (kgregana@sta.ca.gov) no later than 4:00PM (local), August 16, 2024. STA reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements effecting coverage required by these specifications. When prevailing wages apply to the services described in the scope of work, transportation and subsistence costs shall be reimbursed at the minimum rates set by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as outlined in the applicable Prevailing Wage Determination The STA intends to retain a qualified and committed professional planning, economic, data collection, and analysis firm (lead firm may have sub-consultants) to develop the following Plan reports. There shall be two Plan reports prepared, one for the City of the Suisun City's Suisun Waterfront PDA and one for the City of Fairfield's Heart of Fairfield PDA. Each report shall have the same tasks 1-6 and 8-10, with Task 7 being different for each jurisdiction as described below. In addition to these tasks, the selected consultant shall also include within the budget, 12 meetings that will include the consultant and project team The STA has adopted a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("DBE") goal for this project which is 10%
