Reference Number 0000356690 The City of Mary Esther (the City) hereby gives notice of the following Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified vendors for rehabilitation for Well 3 Ground Storage Tank located at 27 Mary Esther Drive Mary Esther, Fl 32569. Work Requested: Blast all interior surfaces to a S.S.P.C. No. 10 near white blast. Apply one coat of Tnemec 94 zinc @ 2-3 mils dry. Stripe all welded seams with one coat of Tnemec 21 series epoxy thinned by 20% @ 1-2 mils dry. Apply one coat of Tnemec series 21 epoxy @4-6 mils dry. Apply one finish coat of Tnemec series 21 epoxy @ 4-6 mils dry. Repairs: Weld up and grind any pits deeper than 1/8 inch deep. Fill any pits less than 1/8 inch deep with 215 pit filler. Replace the interior ladder. Vacuum all blast material out and remove it from the site. Caulk all roof beams with Sika-Flex caulk to stop rust blee. Date expect work will begin if awarded during the first week in August 2024. Ability to complete work by September 30, 2024, if needed.
