Hydrology study and evaluation of existing bridge and design of a new bridge if warranted. Interested bidders should register their intent by sending an e-mail to Bobbi Brimblecombe so as to be placed on the question distribution list. All questions related to this RFP shall be directed to Bobbi Brimblecombe. Questions regarding the RFP are due by end of day Tuesday, July 23, 2024. The Town is funding this study with a VTrans structures grant. The engineering budget for this project is $56,000. The following scope of work is intended to guide consultants in developing their proposals. The final scope will be determined by the results of the hydraulic study, alternatives analysis and cost benefit analysis, and the Town's success in obtaining the Hazard Mitigation Grant for final design and construction. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes or packages with the following information clearly printed on the outside 1. Name and address of prime consultant 2. Due date and time 3.
