Site work for a road / highway in Jackson, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for pavement delineation and necessary traffic handling, in addition to other items or details not mentioned above, as required by the plans and specifications, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. Each bid must be submitted on the proposal forms provided in the Invitation to Bid. The bid must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope. The Bidder's name, return address, marked as bid, Bid number, and bid opening date must appear on the outside of the envelope. Other bid formats will be rejected. Each bid must also be accompanied by a security in the form of a bid bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check or cashier's check payable to the Treasurer of Amador County, or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate sum of the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. All bonds (Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond) must be obtained from a surety admitted under the laws of the State of California and satisfactory to the Amador County Board of Supervisors.
