The approximate quantities of work involved in the project are as follows: PRIMARY BID Mobilization, Max 5%1LSUM Topsoil, Furnish and Install 350CYD Seed, and Mulch around City Fences 28,000SFT Inspection Crew Days$320DAY The contractor understands that the term of this contract is for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months, if mutually agreed to by the parties. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan in the amount of at least five (5%) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the City of Oak Park, Michigan, as security for the proper execution of the Contract. The successful bidder will not be required to provide additional bonds. The City of Oak Park, Michigan reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason at all. Any informalities or irregularities in bids may be waived by the City of Oak Park for any reason, or for no reason at all, in the sole discretion of the City. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof
