The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of rehabilitation of a +-4,000 sf building. Construction activities will include demolition/removal of ceiling grid, tiles, light fixtures, heating duct, window units, and concrete block; concrete work; replacement/installation of ceiling and wall insulation, grid and tile; carpentry framing; exterior finishing including brick work, soffit, fascia, ceiling panels, aluminum coil, panels, siding, batten strips, gutter installation; electrical light fixtures, ventilators, fans, and wall receptacles; Plumbing; HVAC; and Roofing, per the plans and specifications. Contractor is responsible for obtaining required city/county permits. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The project includes Federal funding and is subject to Federal labor and wage requirements. Question Deadline 08/06/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
