Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bonifay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Construction of pipe replacement, new runway asphalt pavement, and airfield markings. The work shall include grading and drainage improvements, asphalt paving, markings, and related improvements. The contract time for substantial completion of the work included shall be 30 calendar days from the date of the "Notice to Proceed (NTP)." The final project completion shall be 60 calendar days from the date of the "Notice to Proceed (NTP)." The Tri-County Airport Authority reserves the right, it its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, to cancel, or withdraw this bid at any time and waive any irregularities in the bid process. The Authority reserves the right to award any contract to the respondent which it deems to offer the best overall service; therefore, the Authority is not bound to award any contract based on the lowest quoted price. The Authority, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to waive any minor defects in the process and to accept the bid deemed to be in the Authority's best interest.
