Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Gladstone, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any technicalities, irregularities or informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid to accept and to approve the Bond All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law of the State of Missouri, Missouri Public Law 294, Sec. 290.210 through Sec. 290.340, R.S. Mo. 1969, as amended, and prevailing wages as established by the U. S. Department of Labor. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages, as set out in the wage order attached to and made part of the specification for work under the contract, shall be paid to all workers performing work under the contract A Bid Bond or certified check on a reputable bank in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid must accompany each Proposal The Gladstone Community Center SW section of roof is in need of replacement. This section of roof is approximately 2,846 sq. ft. and is original to the building built in 2007.
